Born in Naples and trained in some of the finest establishments in Italy and France, Attilio Marrazzo champions a cuisine filled with emotion, faithful to his Italian roots and yet resolutely contemporary. After the success of his restaurant in Paris, he chose to open a second spot in Briollay, a haven of greenery on the outskirts of Angers. Nestled within a château surrounded by nine hectares of nature, this gastronomic destination offers an authentic new culinary experience. Here, every creation tells a story. For Attilio Marrazzo, cuisine is a language: a way to express what words cannot. Each dish is inspired by a memory or an ingredient.
